This dynamic, modern, comprehensive campus, is set amongst native bushland and located just minutes from the pristine beaches of the famous Gold Coast. The Gold Coast campus plays host to over 13,800 students from all over Australia and the world. Griffith’s Gold Coast Campus boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including the $36 million Griffith Centre for Medicine and Oral Health adjacent to the Gold Coast Hospital at Southport. The co-located Gold Coast University Hospital is scheduled to open in 2012.

Eat and drink
The Gold Coast campus offers a wide range of dining options from coffee stands to cafés and the state-of-the-art Griffith University training restaurant. Other venues include the Coffee Bug and Coffee Cellar, the Uni Bar, and the Koala Café. The Gold Coast campus also offers a computer shop, credit union, hairdressing salon, post office, bookshop, convenience store, ATMs and an STA Travel outlet. Library and study zones
The Gold Coast campus offers two extensive libraries which encompass a Laptop Lounge, DVD Lounge, Research Zone, Quiet Study Zone and Silent Study Zone. Alternatively you can pull up a patch of green grass or hit the books at the beach. There’s also an on-campus bookshop.
Sport and recreation
Beach volleyball, indoor soccer, basketball and tennis are all on offer; alternatively you can hit the gym or run laps on the National Standard Gold Coast athletics track. If indoor pursuits are more your thing, try the Uni Bar for a few games of Pool.
Support services
Griffith University provides a comprehensive range of services for all students on all campuses. Services provided include accommodation, chaplaincy, child care, counselling, medical services and career and employment services. On-campus accommodation is available and assistance can be provided with finding off-campus accommodation.

The campus is a 10-minute drive from Southport shopping precincts and the Helensvale transit station. There is also an on-campus bus station.
