The Griffith Innovation Challenge, with over $90,000 worth of cash/prizes to be won, continues this semester – offering ALL Griffith students, Griffith staff (and anyone else interested in starting a business) the chance to test ideas for new business ventures in a risk-free environment.

Brainstorm and network your way to success: Idea Generation Sessions

Keen to enter the Griffith Innovation Challenge this semester, but need additional team members? Perhaps you already have a team, but are lacking creative inspiration?

Our free Idea Generation Sessions guide you through a high-energy, interactive brainstorming session – and give you the chance to meet others who want to compete in the Challenge.

  • Week 1: Thur 26 July 12.30 – 1.30 pm, Business 1 (G01) 3.35, Gold Coast campus
  • Week 1: Fri 27 July 10.30 – 11.30 am, Willett Centre (N53) 0.58, Nathan campus
  • Week 2: Tues 31 July 12.30 – 1.30 pm, Business 1 (G01) 1.01D, Gold Coast campus
  • Week 2: Wed 1 August 12.30 – 1.30 pm, Technology (N44) 0.21D, Nathan campus

Attend one (or all) of these events to meet potential team members and come up with some ideas for the Challenge. There’s no need to register, and everyone is welcome to attend!

What is the Griffith Innovation Challenge?

Griffith University’s annual venture planning competition gives you the chance to test your ideas for new business ventures in a risk-free environment. This semester, there’s over $90,000 in cash and prizes to be won. It’s free to enter, and every participant will receive valuable industry feedback on their ideas – regardless of whether you win a cash prize or not. Entries close 5 pm on Monday 6 August, 2012.
